How can we book?
It's very simple: trough the website by adding the tour in the cart and follow the instruction or by mail, you will need to let us know the following information : name, number of passengers, date, time and place of pick up, language of the ride and any other instructions you have for the driver.
Pick up address?
We will pick you up anywhere in Paris with no extra cost.
Can I ask for a pick up outside of Paris?
We recommend to arrange a pick up in Paris to make sure you will enjoy the most of your Tour and not waste your time commuting towards the city.
Do you accept reduced mobility people ?
We welcome people with reduced mobility with great pleasure. A foldable wheelchair can fit in the trunk and our drivers will ensure your comfort throughout the ride. In order for us to better prepare your arrival, contact us so that we organize together the pick up.
Can I be droped off at the diferent location?
For Sure, just let it know while booking on line or directly to the driver at the beginning of the tour. He can also advise you nice places or restaurants.
Cancellation policy ?
We are flexible :). Please contact us or have a look at our Sales Conditions.
Are your cars well maintained ?
Our cars are constantly checked by our team of mechanics, your driver will also control a few points on his car before leaving our parking. As requested in France and considering our activity, our cars have to be officially controled by a special organism once a year.
How many people can fit in the car ?
Only three customers can be in the car (plus your driver) ! If your group is bigger than 3 people, you can book several cars !
Do you have a baby seat ?
For sure, make sure to ask it when booking the tour !
Are pets welcome ?
Little pets in an appropriate bag are very welcome :)
Can I choose the colour of the car?
We know that for special events such as wedding, colour is important! do not hesitate to tell us what colour you are looking for.
Is it a convertible car?
Yes It is :) in the case it is a little cold, all our cars have a transparent roof to guaranty a great view all year long
Are your tours tailor made?
The idea is to make you happy! if you just want to be guided, your driver will have an itinerary in mind ; if you have special wishes he will be happy to answer them!
Do you have Gift Vouchers?
Sure we do, just select the "gift voucher" box while doing your booking. It will be an open date valid for 1 year.
What tour do we offer and what do we see?
"The contents of the tours are descriebd in the website. Just have a look :) Example for 2h: Opéra Garnier, Place Vendôme, Place de la Concorde, Champs Elysées, Arc de Triomphe, Trocadero , Eiffel Tower, Hotel des Invalides, Bridge Alexandre 3, Musée du Louvre and its pyramid, Conciergerie, Ile de la Cité, Notre Dame...
In which languages your tours are available ?
Most drivers speak perfect English, German, Spanich, Italian (and some of them other languages. Feel free to let us know your preferences.
