The Publisher: The natural or legal person who publishes the online public communication services.
The Site: All websites, web pages, and online services offered by the Publisher.
The User: The person using the Site and its services.
Nature of Data Collected

Data Aggregation
Aggregation with non-personal data
We may publish, disclose, and use aggregated information (data relating to all Users or groups, preventing individual identification) for industry and market analysis, demographic profiling, promotional and advertising purposes, and other business uses.
Aggregation with personal data from social media accounts
If you link your account with another service for cross-posting, that service may share profile, connection, and other authorized information. These may be aggregated with other Users' data.
Identity Data Collection

Browsing the Site does not require registration or identification. It may be done without providing personal information (name, address, etc.).
Collection of identification data
We may use your electronic identifiers for networking suggestions, business offers, and to allow others to find your account (including via third-party services). You may upload your address book to find contacts and allow others to find you. We may also work with partners for promotional offers, which may involve sharing your identifier.

Data Retention
- Technical data: Retained only as long as necessary for service provision.
- Personal data: Retained for the duration of the contractual relationship.

- Account deletion: Data is purged when no longer required.
- After 3 years of inactivity: Accounts are deleted unless the User logs in again.
Account Deletion
- At the User's request: Account deletion possible at any time.
- In case of breach of Terms: The Publisher may suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice.
Security Breach Notification
In case of unauthorized access or data breach, the Publisher commits to:
- Notifying the User promptly
- Investigating causes and informing the User
- Taking reasonable measures to mitigate adverse effects
Limitation of liability: Such notification shall not be considered as acknowledgment of fault.
International Data Transfer
- To countries with adequate protection: Transfers allowed.
- To other countries: Transfer only with CNIL authorization.

Modification of Terms and Privacy Policy
We commit to informing Users in the event of substantive modifications to the Terms of Use and not reducing confidentiality standards without prior consent.
Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
Arbitration clause: Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to arbitration under the rules of an agreed platform, to which the User accepts without reservation.
Data Portability
The Publisher undertakes to provide the User, upon request, with all personal data concerning them in an open, easily reusable format, allowing better control and potential reuse of their data.
